The increased experience of Interventionists as well as the availability of new technologies have broadened the potentiality of percutaneous interventions and expanded the number of procedures. On the other hand, this has also raised a tremendous number of doubts, criticism and perplexities about clinical benefits and the potential risk of percutaneous therapies.

We nowadays receive a huge amount of information from dedicated journals, congresses and web sites. Nevertheless, we sometimes feel the lack of a real interactive knowledge sharing and the need pf a problem oriented approach. The aim of the EA is to give to all participants the opportunity to give their own input in the discussion of different hot topics that will be proposed by quarterly newsletters. Therapeutics options and specific solutions will be proposed and discussed for single cases or for specific subsets of patients and lesions
